When is the Inner Bra recommended?

For larger or heavier breasts, softer tissue quality, a tendency for the lower breast pole to sag, or in reoperations.

Is an absorbable internal mesh always necessary?

Not always. In some cases, work with the patient’s own tissue is sufficient. The decision to use a mesh is made individually.

What kind of scars can I expect?

Depending on the type of shaping (e.g., periareolar, vertical, anchor). Scar placement is chosen to be as inconspicuous as possible.

Can it be combined with augmentation?

Yes, in selected cases it can be combined with an implant or fat grafting to the décolleté. The goal is shape stability and a natural appearance.

How long do the results last?

With stable weight and proper tissue support, results are long-lasting. Natural changes over time vary individually.
